Tracking not updating?
Carriers can take 1–2 business days to show the first scan after we hand the package over. If nothing moves for 5 days, message us and we'll check with the carrier for you.
Arrived damaged or wrong?
Every order is covered by our damage-free delivery guarantee. Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

How fast will my order arrive?
We pack and ship within 48 hours of your order. Delivery across the US usually takes 5–8 business days from the ship date. During peak holiday weeks, allow a couple of extra days.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes — if the order hasn't shipped yet. Reply to your order confirmation email with the new address as soon as possible.
I ordered more than one item — will they ship together?
Usually yes. Occasionally items ship in separate packages; each one gets its own tracking number.
