Track your order

Every order ships with a tracking number. Here's how to follow it:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email — it includes a tracking link that updates automatically.
2. Or copy the tracking number into 17TRACK or Parcels for the full journey.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days and usually arrive in 7–15 business days. Tracking can take 2–4 days to show the first scan after shipping — this is normal.

Haven't received a tracking email within 4 business days of ordering? Email us at rbateamaff@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out within 1 business day.
