Which size should I order?
It's a relaxed, full-length fit. S fits up to 5'5", M 5'5"–5'9", L 5'9"–6'0", XL 6'0"–6'3", 2XL–3XL for 6'3"+ or a roomier fit. Between sizes? Go up.
How does the heating work?
A thin carbon-fiber panel sits across the back. Plug the USB lead into any power bank or wall adapter, press the remote and choose low, medium or high.
Is a power bank included?
No — any standard 5V/2A USB power bank or phone charger works.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and slide out the heating pad, then machine wash cold and tumble dry low.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–15 business days. Order early to be safe.
What if it arrives broken?
